Gosh, it can take quite some time to boil one's self into a brand that they can bring to the world. I looked at many things and realize that many of my values and personal writings come from my core values that I poked into at Channel Rock and now am writing about now.
My Core Values:
Community
Passion
Creativity
Bringing those to my own personal brand along with the tagging and where I am in life, I have come up with the following:
Compassionate Visionary at many levels.
Individualistic with Cooperative Values.
Energetic and Inspirational.

I love the exploration in your personal brand post. I also feel that there is a more personal layer that can be expressed somehow in a way that does not de-professonalize your story.
My experience with you has included a deep layer of sharing and teaching and unselfishness that is integral to how you live and how you work.
Maybe there are some more specific words or phrases that will ring true for you that can express that uniqueness I feel when I am around you.
I have had great fun fooling around with www.wordreference.com and the thesaurus for less common terms for things like "collaborative", "innovation" and more.
It's an interesting puzzle to describe ourselves. Easier describing someone else... don't you think?
